基于ch32v103开发的手势感应风扇，开发环境使用jetbrains的clion平台，文件里面有我个人编写的cmakelists文件，可以自行对cmake命令修改再适用于别的平台，编译器采用沁恒科技的MounRiver Studio中的gcc-risc
