## 环境依赖

- python 3.4+
- mysql or mssql

## 部署步骤

1. 安装项目依赖的包

```bash
    pip install -r requirements.txt
```

2. 到项目中对数据库进行创建并对应于 config.py 文件

3. 到项目中执行脚本 如果是新装要执行

- python manage.py db init

- python manage.py db migrate

- python manage.py db upgrade

- 创建数据库

4. 启动项目

```bash
    python blog.py
```
